International Surrogacy & Egg Donation
Special assistance for citizens of England, France, Italy, Spain,
Switzerland, Germany, Australia, and other countries where the practice
of egg donation and surrogacy is very limited.
Europeans and citizens from other parts of the world often do not have
access to third party reproduction (egg donation and surrogacy) at home,
and may choose to take advantage of these technologies in the United
States, where they will also find the highest quality medical care.
NAFG welcomes inquiries from around the world. We help couples and
individuals navigate these complicated arrangements from start to
finish, according to their individual needs. These include:
- Finding the right IVF clinic
- Providing a wide selection of healthy, educated egg donor candidates to choose from
- Providing a responsible and caring gestational carrier (surrogate)
- Coordinating appointments and travel for all parties involved
- Legal contract / Immigration referrals
- Many other details that keep the process moving along smoothly
If you have been advised by your doctor to seek an egg donor and/or
surrogate but live outside the United States, please contact us for an
appointment with our program director. We can discuss your situation by
phone, video conference, or any means you prefer.
Finding an IVF Clinic
NAFG has excellent relationships with some of the finest IVF (in vitro
fertilization) clinics on the east coast of the United States. We can
make recommendations based on your special requirements and communicate
with the doctors and nurses ahead of time, avoiding a long wait for a
medical consultation.
Finding an Egg Donor
Our international clients have the same free access to our egg donor database as our domestic clients.
It is easy to send us the codes of your candidates of interest
and we will respond with more information. Please see our Conceiving
with Donor Egg and Egg Donation FAQs pages for more information on how
our egg donation program works.
Finding a Gestational Carrier (Surrogate)
Surrogacy is an especially delicate arrangement with intended parents
outside the United States, as they often do not have as much in-person contact
with their carrier throughout the pregnancy. NAFG will work to find
you a gestational carrier open to working with intended parents who live
far away, and make sure all her needs are met throughout her pregnancy.
Please take a look at our How Surrogacy Works and our Surrogacy FAQs
pages.
Travel Arrangements
You may make your own bookings or let us handle hotel, air and ground transportation for you.
Legal Matters (Contracts) / Immigration:
NAFG does not provide any specific legal advice or legal services. Our
egg donation and surrogacy program director, however, is an established assisted
reproduction lawyer and we can recommend the right US-based counsel (and
work together with him/her) to handle legal matters throughout the
engagement. It is also very important to consult with counsel in your
own country regarding any reentry and registration issues that may occur
based upon the conduct that is contemplated.
